On this page, you'll find all the active Pizza Smile promotions. No tricks, no paper cards to lose at the bottom of your wallet, and no impossible promises.
Everything happens through our App: your remote control for a perfect night.
Just remember two simple rules that apply to everything: offers can only be used in the App and cannot be combined.
Your first 5 orders: the Welcome Kit
When you download the App, we don't just say welcome.
We guide you through your first five orders, with discounts that grow every time you choose to trust us.
Here is how your start as a Smiler works, order by order:
- 1st Order (Welcome): 5 € automatic discount. It triggers as soon as you spend over 15 € and is valid for 90 days from when you get it. Zero codes to enter, zero stress.
- 2nd Order (POMODORO): 10% off your total. Enter the code POMODORO at checkout. Minimum order 20 €, valid every day.
- 3rd Order (MOZZARELLA): 15% off your total. Use the code MOZZARELLA. Minimum order 20 €, valid every day.
- 4th Order (SALAMINO): 20% off your total. The code is SALAMINO. Minimum order 20 €, valid every day except Saturday.
- 5th Order (BUFALA): 25% off your total. Type in BUFALA. Minimum order 20 €, valid from Monday to Friday (weekends excluded).
After the fifth order, you are officially one of us.
Always-on promos to turn your week around
Smilers always have an ace up their sleeve to beat the boredom of any day of the week.
Our fixed offers are designed to give you a valid reason to keep the stove off, whenever you want.
- Giovedì 3x2 (Thursdays): You get 7 € off a minimum order of 21 €. Basically, you get 3 pizzas and pay for 2. The perfect move to kickstart the weekend with friends.
- Mercoledì Polesanissimo (Wednesdays): 15% off our special pizzas made with Polesanissimo® dough. Minimum order 15 €.
- Cash Back Weekend: Ordering on Saturday or Sunday? 15% of your total becomes a coupon, with no minimum order. You can redeem it from Monday to Friday of the following week.
- Ritiro Smart: Feel like going for a walk? You get an automatic 10% discount every night, at any time, if you come to pick it up in person. No minimum order.
- Porta un amico: An automation inside the App lets you send a WhatsApp message to a friend with your referral code and the link to download the App. If they download the App from that link and enter the referral code, they get a 5 € bonus on their first order. When they use their coupon, you get a push notification in the App with a 5 € coupon for yourself.
- Compleanno Smile: On your birthday, one of our special pizzas is on us. Free.
- Sondaggione: Fill out the survey we send you. It takes 3 minutes, and to thank you, we'll give you a 25% coupon (valid for 30 days, from Monday to Friday).
- Videorecensione: Send us a short video of you unboxing or tasting our pizza. You'll receive a super 30% coupon for your next order.
Fidelity Smile Club: your orders are worth money
Every time you order in the App, you set aside a little treasure.
For every euro spent, you automatically earn 10 points. Points turn into real Fidelity rewards to use for your nights in from Monday to Friday.
Here are the thresholds to redeem your rewards:
- 1500 points = 5 € reward (on a minimum order of 15 €)
- 3000 points = 10 € reward (on a minimum order of 24 €)
- 6000 points = 20 € reward (on a minimum order of 40 €)

The combo menu for large groups
Got a house full of friends, kids celebrating with classmates, or just zero desire to cook for a whole table?
We've created a combo that solves the problem at its root, keeping everyone happy.
It's called IL COMPLEANNO ("The Birthday"), but you can order it even if you don't have any candles to blow out.
For just 49.90 €, we'll prepare:
- 5 pizzas of your choice from our great classics: Margherita, Prosciutto, Würstel, Patatine, and Salsiccia.
- 3 portions of fries, hot and crispy.
- 2 bottles of Pepsi (1.5 L).
You can find this combo only on the App, for both pickup and delivery.
It's valid from Monday to Friday at all hours. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can order it until 7:00 PM (delivery fees are excluded).
